How It Works
We are using ReferralCandy for our referral program and they handle payment to our customers through PayPal. For cash rewards to be paid out, you will need to provide your PayPal email address to ReferralCandy. ReferralCandy will use the email address you use when creating your referral link as the email address associated with your PayPal account. Any rewards due to you (via PayPal) will be paid out by ReferralCandy once a month. Cash rewards will be paid out during the first week of the month following the referred purchase.
In the event that you do not have a PayPal account, you will still be able to claim the cash referral reward in the following manner:
ReferralCandy will send cash to the email address you provided when you created your referral link. You will get an email from PayPal letting you know that you have received funds. In the email, if you do not have a PayPal account, you will be instructed to open a PayPal account to receive funds into your PayPal balance.
You can also refer to the "How to receive money" section of PayPal's website for details. Please Note: PayPal restrictions regarding Cash Rewards: PayPal regulations prevent us from sending money to PayPal accounts that are categorized as Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs). You should ideally set up a Personal PayPal account to receive the rewards. Please ensure that your PayPal account is set up in the United States to ensure that you will be able to receive your rewards.
No, you will only be rewarded for your direct referral to a friend. Your friend referring someone else will have their own referral link(s) and receive their own cash rewards.
YES, the $3 cash back is only for new customers we get but there are no limits to how many referrals you can make. For instance, if we get 20 new customers from your referral link(s), then you would receive 20 x $3 = $60 back and each new customer would receive 15% off their purchase regardless of how much they spend on our site.
It is accessible through the referral email you received upon signing up as an advocate. Just click on the "Get Invite Link" button and choose "Your Rewards" located on the top right corner of the next page that will open.
Yes, the ReferralCandy app monitors and detects successful referrals automatically. As an advocate you will receive a unique referral link that you can share with your friends. The clicking of this referral link by a friend, combined with the tracking code placed on our purchase completed page and the purchase information sent to ReferralCandy, enables the tracking of successful referrals. After a successful referred purchase has been placed by one of your friends and fulfilled by us, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox (same PayPal email provided when you created your referral link). On this email, you will have a link you can click to “Track Your Rewards”.
Stadela Baby (“We”) Referral Program (“Program”) has been created to reward the program participant (a “Referrer”) for recommending our products to other potential customers (a "Referred Customer")
A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.stadela.com by a Referred Customer who arrives to our website by clicking your Referral Program link and using the Referrer’s unique discount code. You are currently limited to 1 Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). Referred Customer can’t be from the same household. Referred customer has to be a “new” customers – i.e. they’ve never bought from our store before.
For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order equal or greater than $24 in total value, minus all fees including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3rd party fees.
Rewards are payable in increments of $3. The maximum Qualified Referrals earned per calendar year may be no more than 100 Qualified Referrals. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards. We will pay the Referrer on or before the 18th of each month, the total amount of referral fees due, based on the number paid by Referred Customers in the previous month. Referral Fees are paid via PayPal. As the Referrer’s request, payment can be made in the form of a store credit. The Referrer must have a valid PayPal account to receive referral fees, as we do not offer payment via check, credit card or cash.
Eligibility is limited to individuals only (at least 18 years of age). Our Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation. (Corporations are not people, my friend!)
You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from our program.
We reserve the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use our Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
We reserve the right to cancel four Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
