Packaging
Each Stadela product is individually packaged, featuring care instructions, brand information, and a unique UPC barcode for easy inventory management. All packaging details are provided in English. To view photos and additional packaging details, click HERE.

Safety Testing
All Stadela products undergo rigorous testing by an independent laboratory accredited by US and EU authorities, ensuring full compliance with both US and EU safety standards. View our comprehensive testing reports HERE.

Minimum Order
Minimum order quantity for first time orders within the US is $50.

Orders
To order our products, log into your account HERE. You will only be able to shop after approved by Stadela Baby. 

Our Wholesale portal provides a fast, convenient and simple way to place your order. It reflects the current product availability and it ensures your order will be processed in the fastest possible way.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of your order. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. 

Net 30 payment is available upon a case by case basis. The size of the order and business credit will be considered when reviewing this payment option.

Shipping
We strive to fill your order fast and accurately. We ship the orders within 1-2 business days. We use UPS and USPS as our main shipping carriers. Offline orders will be shipped by the most economical method unless requested otherwise. Expedite shipping is available upon request. 

The order you received should be inspected for accuracy, defects and damages within 7 business days. In case any error is discovered, you can call us during our office hours (10am - 6pm PST) at (657) 888-0025or by email at wholesale@stadela.com.  

Satisfaction and Return Policy
In case you are not fully satisfied or your order didn’t meet your expectation, you can call us during our office hours (10am - 6pm PST) at (657) 888-0025 or by email at wholesale@stadela.com to exchange or return the products within 14 days of the receipt of the shipment. All products must be unused, in new condition with original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange. 

Pricing Policy
We require all Authorized Retailers to sell our products at or above the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Failure to comply with our pricing policy may result in removal of Authorized Retailer status. 

Selling Venues
All Stadela® Authorized Retailers are allowed to sell Stadela® products only in their physical storefront(s), their own company website, or their own social media accounts.

Selling Stadela® products on any third party website (such as Ebay, Amazon, Walmart) or through any third party physical store front is not allowed. Failure to comply with our policy may result in removal of Authorized Retailer status and all the necessary steps would be taken by Stadela Baby to stop such activity. 

Right to Modify
Stadela Baby retains the right to modify or change this conditions at any time. Changes will not be retroactive. Each Authorized Retailer will be notified about all the changes or modifications by email.

International Wholesale Customers
International Wholesale Customers are responsible to pay for any fees (duty, taxes etc.) their country requires when importing goods. 

Copyrights, Trademark and Patent Policy
Stadela is registered Trademark. Our printed process is patent pending. All our printed designs are copyright protected. All the photography and videos created by Stadela Baby are copyright protected. Authorized Retailers are allowed to use our copyrighted images and videos for marketing purposes only. The only images and videos provided HERE could be used. Authorized retailers who HERE approved but haven’t placed any order are not allowed to use our videos or images. Failure to comply with our policy may result in removal of Authorized Retailer status and also legal steps.

To apply to become an Authorized Retailer is very easy. Just click HERE and create your account. In order to be approved as Authorized Retailer fill out all the requested information and upload a copy of your current business license certificate (or state equivalent). Your information will be reviewed and you will be informed by email within 2 business days.
