Retailers outside the US, first check HERE to see if we currently work with a distributor in your country, if we do not, then follow the steps above. Please note, we try our best to give you the lowest possible shipping rates by shipping directly from our manufacturer (not all countries are eligible, you will be informed about the details). 

General Product Info and Safety:

Made of food grade silicone. Dishwasher safe (top rack only). In house created watercolor designs printed with patent pending durable printing process. Each bib is packed separately with white paper hanger card. Each card has all the care instructions, our brand information and unique UPC barcode on it. All the information is in English. To see photos and details of the packaging click HERE. The bibs were tested by an independent laboratory recognized by US and EU authorities and they are in compliance with US and EU standards.     Step 1 - Review the Wholesale Conditions

    Minimum order quantity for first time orders within the US is $50.

    Our Wholesale portal provides a fast, convenient and simple way to place your order. It reflects the current product availability and it ensures your order will be processed in the fastest possible way.

    You can view our product portfolio with current stock after you log in, then click on Wholesale Order Form. 

    Payment is due at the time of your order. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. 

    Net 30 payment is available upon a case by case basis. The size of the order and business credit will be considered when reviewing this payment option.

    We strive to fill your order fast and accurately. We ship the orders within 1-2 business days. We use UPS and USPS as our main shipping carriers. Offline orders will be shipped by the most economical method unless requested otherwise. Expedite shipping is available upon request. 

    The order you received should be inspected for accuracy, defects and damages within 7 business days. In case any error is discovered, you can call us during our office hours (10am - 6pm PST) at (657) 888-0025or by email at  

    In case you are not fully satisfied or your order didn’t meet your expectation, you can call us during our office hours (10am - 6pm PST) at (657) 888-0025 or by email at to exchange or return the products within 14 days of the receipt of the shipment. All products must be unused, in new condition with original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange. 

    We require all Authorized Retailers to sell our products at or above the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Failure to comply with our pricing policy may result in removal of Authorized Retailer status. 

    All Stadela® Authorized Retailers are allowed to sell Stadela® products only in their physical storefront(s), their own company website, or their own social media accounts.

    Selling Stadela® products on any third party website (such as Ebay, Amazon, Walmart) or through any third party physical store front is not allowed. Failure to comply with our policy may result in removal of Authorized Retailer status and all the necessary steps would be taken by Stadela Baby to stop such activity. 

    Stadela Baby retains the right to modify or change this conditions at any time. Changes will not be retroactive. Each Authorized Retailer will be notified about all the changes or modifications by email.

    International Wholesale Customers are responsible to pay for any fees (duty, taxes etc.) their country requires when importing goods. 

    Step 2 - Fill out the Wholesale Application

    To apply to become an Authorized Retailer is very easy. Just click HERE and create your account. In order to be approved as Authorized Retailer fill out all the requested information and upload a copy of your current business license certificate (or state equivalent). Your information will be reviewed and you will be informed by email within 2 business days.

    Step 3 - Receive Email Confirmation

    Within 1-2 business days upon applying you will receive an email confirmation. Next, create your login and password HERE, then place your order on our Wholesale Order Form. All links will be included in the confirmation.
